The commercial program · All of FloridaPest Control Done Right.
Eighty per cent of what Venus does is commercial contracts. Dealerships, ambulance fleets, restaurants, food plants, storage portfolios, condo boards and schools — documented every visit, on site in 24 hours, and quoted as one program however many locations you run.
If your sites cross county lines, they should not cross vendors.
Most operators end up with a different pest company in every market, four different report formats, and nobody who can answer for the portfolio as a whole. Venus quotes multi-site work as a single program: one scope, one rotation, one point of contact, one invoice, one reporting standard your corporate office can actually read.
One Scope
The same written program applied to every location, adjusted for what each building actually needs.
One Contact
The owner. Not a regional coordinator who routes you to a call centre in another state.
One Standard
Identical reporting from every site, so you can compare Miami to Orlando without translating it.
One Invoice
Your accounts payable team gets a single line item instead of nine vendors in four counties.
Dealership groups — statewide
Ambulance & EMS — statewide
Restaurants & food service — statewide
Documented every visitNine sectors, in detail.
Three of them — dealerships, ambulance fleets and restaurants — we run across the entire state on a single agreement. The rest are serviced across South Florida and the Treasure Coast, with Tampa and Orlando now open.
Showrooms, service drives, parts departments, detail bays, the customer lounge and the lot. Dealership groups are the reason we run statewide: one agreement covers every rooftop from Miami to Orlando, on one rotation and one invoice.
- Service bays and parts rooms, where cardboard and warmth put roaches and rodents in the same place
- Vehicle interiors, including units that have sat on the lot or come in on trade
- Customer lounge, restrooms and the coffee bar — the part a buyer actually sees
- Perimeter and lot treatment, plus fire ant pressure on the landscaping and the display islands
Vehicle interiors, apparatus bays and crew quarters. Low-residue materials, documented every visit, scheduled around your shift change instead of ours. This is the second vertical we run across the whole state.
- Patient compartments and cab interiors on a rotation that works around unit availability
- Apparatus bays, supply rooms and the drains that keep bringing things back
- Crew quarters, kitchens, bunk rooms and day rooms
- Full product documentation kept on site for your medical director's file
Kitchens, bar wells, drain lines, dry storage and dumpster corrals. We don't just spray — we find the source and get rid of the problem. Two other companies will hit your baseboards; the fruit flies and drain flies are breeding under the soda gun station and nobody has lifted the mat.
- Drain line and floor sink treatment — where drain fly and small fly problems actually start
- Hood, line, prep tables, ice machines and the void behind the equipment
- Dry storage and walk-ins, including stored product pest monitoring
- Dumpster corral and grease trap perimeter
- Service reports written so they satisfy a health inspector on the spot
Device-mapped monitoring programs written to survive an AIB, Primus, NSF, USDA or FDA audit, with trend reporting every single visit. This is the part most pest companies quietly cannot do.
- Numbered, plotted and dated device map covering interior, exterior and receiving
- Monitoring log and trend reporting, so the file shows a direction, not a snapshot
- Current labels and Safety Data Sheets kept on site in your binder
- Corrective action records with written recommendations after every finding
- Pre-audit walk on request — we would rather find it than have your auditor find it
Climate-controlled and drive-up units, corridors, the rental office and the grounds. Storage portfolios are usually the easiest multi-site win: the buildings are near-identical, so one program copies cleanly across every location.
- Corridors, elevators, stairwells and unit exteriors
- Rental office, restrooms and break room
- Perimeter rodent program, plus fire ant control across the grounds and islands
- Turnover response when a unit is cleared out and something is found
Common areas, trash rooms, chutes, pool decks, garages and the clubhouse, with reporting your board can hand straight to residents without editing it first. Rental and Airbnb portfolios get fast turnover response between guests.
- Trash rooms and chutes — the single biggest driver of complaints in a tower
- Garages, stairwells, mail rooms, pool deck and clubhouse
- Unit-level response for residents, coordinated through management
- Turnover service between guests on short-term rental portfolios
- One invoice across every door, however many buildings that is
Cafeterias, kitchens, locker rooms, classrooms and grounds, with fire ant control on athletic fields. Scheduled around your calendar — after hours, on teacher days, during breaks — not around our route.
- Cafeteria, servery and kitchen on a documented food-service program
- Classrooms, locker rooms and restrooms with low-odour materials
- Fire ant control on fields, playgrounds and walkways
- Service outside student hours, with product documentation on file
Racking, receiving docks, dry goods storage and the full perimeter. Warehouses fail on the same two things every time: what comes in on a pallet, and what walks in under a dock door. We program for both.
- Numbered exterior and interior rodent stations, mapped to the floor plan
- Receiving and dock-door inspection, including inbound pallet checks
- Racking, dry goods and stored product pest monitoring
- Break rooms and offices, which is usually where the roaches actually live
- Documentation sized for a third-party audit, not a one-page invoice
Out-of-hours service, low-odour materials, and full product documentation kept on site. Small footprint, high sensitivity — the schedule matters as much as the treatment.
- Treatment rooms, sterilisation areas, labs and waiting rooms
- Break rooms and staff kitchens, which is almost always the actual source
- Evening or weekend service so nothing happens around patients
- Product labels and SDS kept on site
Tell us what you run and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. The survey is free either way.
Any company can spray. Few can survive an audit.
If you run a food plant, a commissary or a restaurant group, the pests are not what keeps you up. The audit is. We build programs around what auditors actually ask for, because we have sat through plenty of them.
- 01Service report every visit
Filed and retrievable, not left on a clipboard in the back office
- 02Device map & monitoring log
Every station numbered, plotted and dated. The first thing an auditor asks for
- 03Labels & Safety Data Sheets
Current, on site, and published online for your auditor to open themselves
- 04Corrective action record
Findings written up with recommendations, so your file shows you acted
- 05Pre-audit walk on request
We would rather find it first than watch your auditor find it

Same rating, every platform.
Straight answers.
Do you service more than one location on one agreement?
Yes, and it is most of what we do. Multi-site portfolios are quoted as one program with one point of contact and one invoice, whether that is four dealership rooftops, a storage portfolio or a restaurant group. If your locations cross county lines, they should not have to cross vendors.
How fast do you respond between scheduled visits?
Commercial accounts on a signed service plan get an on-site response within 24 hours, every day of the year outside national holidays. If it is a covered pest, the re-treat is free. That is written into the agreement, not just onto a website.
Can you support an AIB, Primus, NSF, USDA or FDA audit?
That is the part we build the program around. You get a numbered and plotted device map, a monitoring log with trend reporting, current labels and Safety Data Sheets kept on site, and a written corrective action record after each finding. We will also walk the facility ahead of an audit if you want a second set of eyes.
Who actually shows up?
The same technician, on a fixed rotation, who already knows your building and your people. Venus is owner-run out of Miami Lakes — Larry answers his own phone and is still on job sites. You are not filing a ticket with a call centre in another state.
Which markets can you cover?
Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and the Treasure Coast are established. Tampa Bay and Orlando are open now for dealership and fleet accounts. Naples and Fort Myers are next. If you have sites we can route, we will quote them.
What does it cost?
It depends on the size of the facility, the sector and how much documentation the program has to carry. We come out, walk everything, and email you our findings, pricing and options. If we are not the right fit for your facility, we will tell you that instead of selling you something. New customers get $50 off the initial service.
