A dealership is four different pest problems wearing one roof. The showroom is a customer experience, the service drive is a warehouse, parts is dry storage, and the lot is open ground. Venus runs dealership groups across Florida on a single agreement, because the pest pressure is the same in Miami as it is in Orlando and you should not need a different vendor in each market.
What we actually do on site.
- Showroom, customer lounge, coffee bar and restrooms — the part a buyer actually sees and judges you on
- Service bays and the parts department, where warmth, cardboard and food waste put roaches and rodents in the same room
- Detail bay and vehicle interiors, including trade-ins and units that have sat on the lot
- Perimeter and lot treatment, plus fire ant control on the landscaping and the display islands
- Exterior rodent stations numbered and mapped, so anyone can find them without calling us
Why dealerships call us second
Almost every dealership we take on has been with a national brand first. The complaint is always the same: the technician sprays the showroom baseboards, never opens the parts mezzanine, and the monthly report is a signature on a clipboard. Rodents in a dealership do not live in the showroom. They live above the parts racking and behind the compressor, and they chew wiring looms in vehicles sitting on the back line. That is a warranty claim, not a pest complaint. We inspect where the damage actually happens.

Straight answers.
Can you cover all our rooftops on one agreement?
Yes, and it is why we run this vertical statewide. One scope, one rotation, one point of contact and one invoice, whether that is two stores in Broward or six from Miami to Orlando. Your corporate office gets identical reporting from every location instead of four different formats.
Will you work around our service hours?
We schedule around your shop, not our route. Most dealership work is done early, before the drive fills up. Detail and lot work can run any time.
Do you treat vehicles?
We treat vehicle interiors when there is an active issue, using low-residue materials, and we tell you exactly what went in the car and how long to leave it. Units that have sat on the lot or come in on trade are the usual culprits.
We come out, walk the site, document what we find and email you our findings, pricing and options. If we are not right for you we will say so.
