Bed bugs are a confirmation problem before they are a treatment problem. Half the calls we get turn out to be something else entirely, and treating a room that does not have them is money wasted. We inspect and confirm first.
What we treat, and where.
- Full inspection of seams, box springs, headboards, frames and the surrounding room
- Confirmation before treatment — we tell you if it is not bed bugs
- Targeted treatment of harbourage, voids and furniture rather than blanket spraying
- Follow-up visit to catch the next hatch, because eggs survive the first pass
- Turnover inspection for rentals and short-term listings
- Bites in a line or cluster, usually on skin exposed while sleeping
- Small dark spots along the mattress seam or where the headboard meets the wall
- Shed skins, which look like empty translucent shells
- A sweet musty smell in a heavily infested room
Why one visit is never enough
Eggs do not respond to most treatments. Whatever you do on day one, a new generation hatches over the following week or two. Any company that tells you it is one and done is either using language loosely or is going to be back. We build the follow-up into the job.

Covered pests are included in your service plan. If something turns up between visits we come back and re-treat at no extra charge. New customers take $50 off the initial service.

How do I know it is bed bugs?
Send us a photo before you book anything. We will tell you what it is, and we will tell you if it is not bed bugs.
Do I have to throw out my mattress?
Usually not. Encasements and proper treatment save most furniture. We will be straight with you if something genuinely cannot be saved.
