- Small light-brown roaches around warmth and moisture — that is German, and it means a resident population
- Large dark roaches appearing at night near drains and doors — that is American, usually coming in from outside
- Dark specks like ground pepper in drawer corners and hinges
- A musty smell in a cabinet that has not been opened
Why baits beat spraying
Spraying a German roach population scatters it and drives it deeper into voids. Bait gets carried back into the harbourage and takes out the ones you never see, which is most of them. We rotate the active ingredient so the population never adapts to a single product, and we place monitors so the trend is measurable instead of a guess.

How long does it take?
A German roach infestation usually breaks over two to three visits. You should see a clear drop after the first.
Do we need to empty cabinets?
For a heavy German roach job in a kitchen, yes, we will ask you to clear specific areas. We will tell you exactly which ones rather than asking you to empty the whole building.
