Storage portfolios are the easiest multi-site win in this business, because the buildings are nearly identical. One program written properly copies cleanly across every location you own, and the reporting comes back in the same format from all of them.

Whatever a tenant put in unit 214 in 2023 is still there, and if it was cardboard, fabric or anything edible, something has found it. Do you need access to occupied units?
No. The standing program covers common areas, corridors and the perimeter. We go into a unit only when the facility opens it and asks us to.
Can you cover a portfolio across counties?
Yes, on one agreement and one invoice, with identical reporting from each site.
What about fire ants on the grounds?
Included in the exterior program. In Florida that matters more than most operators expect, especially around walkways and the office entrance.
