The dock door gap nobody measures
Walk any warehouse at dusk with a torch and check the light gap under the dock doors and the personnel door. A rodent needs a quarter of an inch. In most facilities we survey, at least one door has a worn seal you could put a pencil under, and that single gap explains the whole interior problem. Exclusion first, chemicals last — it is cheaper and it actually holds.

Do you map the stations to our floor plan?
Yes, numbered, plotted and dated, so anyone can find any device without calling us. It is the first thing an auditor asks for.
Can you work around receiving hours?
Yes. Most warehouse work is done early or between shifts so we are not in the way of a dock.
What about product coming in on pallets?
We inspect inbound at receiving and monitor dry goods through the racking. Stored product pests almost always arrive rather than breed on site.
