A medical office is a small footprint with a very low tolerance. Nothing can happen around patients, nothing can smell, and the documentation has to be on site if anyone asks. Venus services these out of hours as standard.

- Break rooms and staff kitchens, which is almost always the actual source
- Restrooms, storage and the building perimeter
- Evening or weekend service so nothing happens around patients
- Product labels and Safety Data Sheets kept on site and published online
It is almost always the break room
Practices call about the waiting room or a treatment room, and the source is nearly always the staff kitchen — a microwave, a sink cabinet and a bin that gets emptied on Fridays. Treating the room where the roach was seen is why the problem comes back. We inspect the staff areas first and treat the source.
On site in 24 hours.
Commercial accounts on a signed service plan get an on-site response within 24 hours, every day of the year outside national holidays. Covered pest between visits? We come back and re-treat, free.

Will you work outside patient hours?
Yes, that is the default for this sector. Evenings or weekends, whatever suits your schedule.
Is anything applied around patient areas?
Only low-odour, low-residue materials placed in voids and harbourage, and we tell you exactly what went where and how long to stay off it.
Can we show documentation to an inspector?
Yes. Everything we carry is published with its label and SDS, and your own account file lists exactly what was applied at your practice.
We come out, walk the site, document what we find and email you our findings, pricing and options. If we are not right for you we will say so.
