Stored product pests almost always arrive rather than breed on site. Something came in already infested, sat on a shelf, and the population spread from there. Which means the job is tracing the source package, not fogging the room.

One bag, every time
In almost every case there is a single source package, and until it is found the treatment is theatre. In a home it is usually an old bag of flour, birdseed or pet food at the back of a cupboard. In a facility it is one pallet from one supplier. Pheromone traps tell you where the concentration is so you are searching the right aisle instead of all of them.

Do I have to throw everything out?
No. We find the affected product. Sealed and unaffected goods are fine, and we will tell you specifically what needs to go.
How did they get in?
Nearly always in a package. It is not a hygiene failure, it is a supply chain one, which is why receiving inspection matters in a commercial setting.
